TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HOC APPAREL'S SCOTT BONNAR GIVEAWAY




The rules of the competition and the prize for winner are as follows:


1.a. To enter the competition an entrant must purchase a 'Stripe It Up Polo'


1.b. For each item the entrant receives 1 ENTRY into the competition


1.c. To be eligible to win the competition the entrant must permanently reside in Australia.

1.d. To be eligible to win the competition the entrant must be at least 16 years of age at the time of entry into the competition.

1.e. The Promoter may in its discretion request proof of identification and proof of residency from any entrant.

1.f. The entrant must have completed payment in order for their entries to be valid.

1.g. Opening date for entry will be 7am (AEST) Sunday 9th JULY 2023. Before this date no entries to the competition will be permitted.

1.h. Closing date for entry will be 11:59pm (AEST) Friday 8TH SEPTEMBER 2023. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.


2. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

3.a. The Prize which is being offered by Height Of Clothing as part of the competition is a fully restored 14" Solid Deck Scott Bonnar.

3.b. The Promoter are not to be held responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur while using or transporting the Prize once it has left our location.


4. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prize is not transferable.

5. Winner will be drawn at random at 6pm (AEST) Sunday 10th SEPTEMBER 2023 on the Promoters (@whatsyourhoc) instagram.

6.a. The winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date by email and/or PHONE in which has been provided at the time of entering the competition.

6.b. The entrant is responsible for ensuring the correct telephone number and/or email is provided and they are contactable within a reasonable time.

6.c. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

7. Height Of Clothing will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/dropped.

8. Height Of Clothing will be responsible for transportation costs of the Prize.

9. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. No refund will be given if the Prize is lost, stolen or damaged.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

12. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any entrant who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or affects or attempts to affect the fairness and proper conduct of the entry process.

13. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

14. The winner’s name will be published on the Promotor social media and/or website.

15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
